    The property offers great value for money with convenient parking, and a satisfying breakfast. Staffs are generally helpful. However, the location is somewhat average and cleanliness could be better, which slightly affects the stay.

    Our stay at Sotogrande Neopolitan last weekend was a mixed experience. Upon entering our room, we were immediately greeted by a musty smell coming from the carpet. As someone with dust allergies, I was disappointed to find a noticeable buildup of dust inside the air-conditioning unit, which I had to clean myself before requesting housekeeping. The mirrors had been wiped, but visible streaks and residue remained. We requested housekeeping, and while the room was being cleaned, we had to step out for a while. I also noticed a few unfinished paint touch-ups inside the room, and the ceiling had accumulated dust in several areas, which made the room feel less well-maintained than expected. Another thing we noticed was the elevators. There was a persistent chemical or metallic odor inside, possibly from the cleaning products or maintenance used on the stainless steel wall panels. Whatever the source, the smell was quite unpleasant. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly, courteous, and quick to assist with our concerns. Their professionalism and willingness to help were genuinely appreciated. I hope management can place greater attention on deep cleaning, air-conditioning maintenance, carpet care, dust control, and the overall upkeep of guest rooms. Addressing these details would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
