    At first I have to wait the person incharge outside the security booth, and I wait for about 20min for him to came down. Once I get into the room, have this one unpleasant smell at the washing machine area, the room are so dusty event in the living room also very dusty. The water heater not working well and the blanket makes my body itchy. Honestly no wonder the price are so low, event the facilities example swimming pool or gym also don't have . I used to stay in Marc Residence same price but much more better.

    Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The apartment unit was badly maintained and did not feel clean or well cared for. We encountered cockroaches during our stay, and there was a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the drainage. The walls were also mouldy, which made the unit feel unhygienic. In addition, the pillows were noticeably yellowish and did not appear fresh or properly cleaned. The building also has many floors but limited elevators. During peak hours, the elevator would almost stop at every single floor, resulting in very long waiting and travel times. That said, the location is very good and convenient, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, the unit needs significant improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene. The elevator capacity and waiting times are also something future guests should be aware of, especially during peak hours.
