SUN HOTEL KINETA Beach Front

The proximity to the beach is a great feature for this hotel. The crystal clear water is very inviting and refreshing. Alexandra was a very wonderful host. The view from our room was spectacular and the breakfast was very satisfying.

Pebble beach 40 metres from reception. Quiet location with a beautiful view. Sunbeds free. Bar and restaurant on site. Local restaurants nearby. Great value for money for location. Clean room with a small fridge, sea facing balcony and comfortable beds. Air conditioning included and free. A good healthy selection for breakfast included in the price with salad, boiled eggs, hams and cheeses, fruit and honey bowls, a choice of cereals, yoghurt, juice, coffee and tea. More than enough to start the day. Pleasant and helpful staff. Free parking.

Internet WiFi connection very weak. The farther away the rooms are from the reception or bar the worse the signal gets until there's nothing. When you get the WiFi signal it keeps dropping out and you must select it again. Breakfast doesn't start until 08.00 which is too late in my opinion. Everything else was more than pleasant.

They are very kind and helpful and she even remembered us from 4 years ago. Nice little beach and perfect stop when you are going from Athens to Peloponnes and want to go swim the day you land:)

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place in Kineta, with a perfect beach, fresh air, and stunning views. It has its own private beach area with free loungers and umbrellas, as well as a beachfront bar and snack corner. The minibar and the hotel restaurant are good, and there's plenty of space for walking around or just chilling. It has a friendly, family-run vibe, with personal touches like a shuttle service and attentive staff.

The hotel hasn't been renovated in years, and its décor and infrastructure are outdated. The Wi‑Fi is inconsistent—strong near the reception and beach, but weak in some rooms. The food quality and variety are sometimes average. Many areas in the hotel, such as the game room, indoor bar, and kids' playground, seem unused and unclean.
