The host was lovely, and spoke English. The room had everything that was described. There is a fridge but no cooking facilities. Towels were provided and the shower was nice and hot.
The bathroom could use a deep clean.

Das Haus Christoph ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Zimmer waren sauber und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Preislich für den Tegernsee wohl ok.
In den Zimmern ist ein unangenehmer künstlicher Geruch, sowie sind die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche mit Weichspüler bedurftet. Das war schon sehr unangenehm. Es ist sauber, aber im Bad könnte man nochmal renovieren.
