Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns viele Tipps gegeben (Essen, Unternehmungen usw. ). Das Gästehaus liegt in einer sehr schönen und zentralen Lage. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür und zum Schiffanlegestelle ca 10 Minuten Fußweg . Buss und Schiff sind in der Tegernseekarte inklusive. Wir haben als Paar 3 Wochen in einer Ferienwohnung dort verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem großen Balkon mit dem Blick auf die Berge (herrlich). Wir haben den Brötchenservice in Anspruch genommen. Unsere Fahrräder wurden in einer der Garagen Garagen untergestellt.

Sehr gute Betten, sehr gutes Licht zum Lesen im Bett, Bad modern, sehr sauber und hell, Wohnung insgesamt sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Küche zwar klein, aber für zwei Personen ausreichend. Großer Balkon, gute Parkplätze am Haus. Lebensmittelgeschäfte fußläufig erreichbar (Bäcker, großer Bioladen, Edeka).
Wlan war teilweise schwankend. Gepäck muss in den ersten Stock hochgetragen werden.
