About this apartment rental

BEFORE STARTING THE DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT NOTICE THAT IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE SALVADOR MAY VISIT.
I am Belgian, and I saw seven months a year in Brazil for many years.
In Brazil, I divide my time between Salvador and Rio.
In Salvador, I have the chance to own a penthouse that is located in the most sought after street in the city center of Salvador. Why most wanted, you may ask? Corredor da vitoria is the only street in El Salvador or the sea comes directly fight the small cliff on which were built the buildings .This allows the large terrace of the apartment, have amazing views, 180 degrees, Bay of All Saints. Lying in one of the two hammocks located on the terrace, you will have the opportunity to attend the sunset and enjoy the presence of the many boats (Transatlantic sailfish) located in the "baia de todos os santos ".
And all this being in the center of the third Brazilian city.
The apartment has also been designed so that, in most parts, you have a view of the sea. The kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, the dining room you have a view of the sea.
Another advantage of the apartment: silence. The only sound is that of the sea cliffs.
WI FI ds the apartment.
The TV only receives Brazilian local channels via the antenna of the building.
The signal is sometimes of average quality; therefore the picture may be of poor quality
The building is kept guarded 24h on 24h. There are 7 people working in building maintenance (cleaning stairs, garden maintenance, etc. etc ...). There are 3 lifts available.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT
STAY AND VARANDA.
The terrace is actually an extension of stay .It is separated from the living room through sliding glass doors completely transparentes..Ces glass doors remain open from January 1 to December 31 .. And means continually noise of the sea.
Depending on the time of year, possible to see dolphins ...
The huge living room is 45 m2.
On the terrace: 2 hammocks + small folding wooden table to take breakfast by the sea ..
The living room is very cool because there is a cross between a ventilation window located ds the back of the room and windows open terrace ..
The floor is granite.
KITCHEN
The cuisine is American-style overlooking the sea.
The fridge is an American fridge .. Handy ds a hot country because tap ds door that provides tjs cold water .....
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE WITH.
Super king size bed 2m x 1.90 ..
From the window, direct sea view; window open, you wake up with the sound of the waves ..

LOCATION
Localization is another asset of this district of corredor da vitoria. In the neighborhoods:
-The Famous place downtown: Campo great
- La barra beach is 10 minutes walk and the historic center of Pelorinho within 10 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes on foot.
-Dique Of tororro 15 min walk
-Close To my building there is a hotel or with the consumption of coffee or other drinks, you can enjoy the swimming pool (see photos).
In the same hotel building with access to a cable that descends on a pontoon located above the sea and what it can take a dip ds Bay of All Saints.
LONG RENTAL POSSIBLE.
A EUR 750 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUESTED AT THE CHECK IN AND RETURNED AFTER THE CHECKOUT.

Nice apartment with an amazing view over the All Saints Bay.
Owner Guy is a very symphatic and trustful person.
The Apartment is pretty close to the city center, Bus Stop and Taxi is in Front of the Building.
All is clean and in a good condition.
Here you have all what you need for a perfect holiday.

Guy is an awesome host. He did everything possible to make our stay a nice and successful experience. The apartment is fantastic: very clean, quiet and safe. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, unique view (what a pleasure to wake up in the morning to a view of gleaming Bahia de Todos os Santos). The neighborhood couldn't be better: within walking distance to Porto da Barra beach, not very far from Pelourinho (historic downtown area, 25 minutes walking or 10 minutes bus ride). Many bus lines pass right in front of the building, close to supermarkets and banks. A 15-minute walking and you reach Lapa metro station (in the near future the metro will connect to the airport). I spent 10 weeks in the apartment and I would definitely stay there again. I have even recommended it to relatives and friends.
