    Stay was good, the staff behaviour is great! Some issues: too much chlorinated water in washroom

    Checked in at 5 PM and were immediately let down. No greeting, no eye contact, no welcome — just cold indifference. It felt like we were dealing with staff who’d long forgotten what hospitality means. We had to help ourselves with everything: the reception door, check-in, even the unattended lemonade on the side table. Our room, which should’ve been ready by 11 AM, was still being prepared. When we finally got in, we were disappointed enough to ask for a change. The alternative offered had a bathtub and sit-out — for an extra ₹1000 — but the view was of Bhawani Mandi (Kota’s veg market), and neither feature appealed to us. So we settled for our original room — which had an awkward interconnecting door, a random pillar in the middle, uncomfortable seating, and a bathroom with standing water due to poor drainage. Amenities were barely functional. Poor hospitality, uncomfortable rooms, and a complete lack of warmth.
