Helen's Seaside Resort

We would like to thank Ms. Helen for her hospitality. It's a wonderful family hotel, and she personally takes care of everything. The breakfast options are good and plentiful. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms are cleaned daily.

The route is a bit tricky, but the magnificent view makes you forget about that problem.

La struttura è molto bella e pulita. Le camere spaziose con una vista mozzafiato sul golfo di saranda e Corfu da dove godersi uno spettacolare tramonto. Ma soprattutto Helena e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali, sempre disponibili, cordiali anche oltre le loro competenze. Se dovessi tornare a Saranda tornerei sicuramente da loro e lo consiglio a tutti..

Our stay at Helen’s felt less like staying at a guesthouse and more like being welcomed into the home of a family who had lovingly created a place just for us. Helen, Kristina, Armando, and Paris made us feel as though every detail had been thoughtfully planned with care and warmth. Every morning, Kristina gets up in the wee hours to prepare the most fabulous breakfast that is beautiful, generous, and truly unforgettable. Helen shared wonderful recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and, just as importantly, told us what to avoid. Her advice made exploring Sarandë that much more enjoyable. We are walkers, and it was great to be in a place where we could walk to dinner, and yet not be staying in the hubbub of the center. We will miss so much about Helen’s: the extraordinary breakfasts, the breathtaking views especially at sunset, and even the beautiful scent of the freshly laundered linens that made the whole place feel so warm and inviting. If our travels ever bring us back to Sarandë, there is no question that we will return to Helen’s. It felt like a little piece of heaven, and we were so fortunate to have found it.
