Camera mare , spatioasa , moderna , curata, cu aer conditionat, tv , periute dinti si papuci, personal amabil .este la etajul 3 se urca repede ! Foarte frumos ! Au si cofetarie Augustos cu prajituri si cafea super buna! Multumesc, pt cafea !

Fara parcare! Parcare la alta proprietate cu 10 e ziua

La localisation. Le confort des chambres. La réactivité du personnel lors de problème.

Le problème de stationnement, ce qui a posé problème le deuxième soir ( une demande de place de parking avait été faite lors de la réservation et elle était accordée mais lors de notre arrivée pas de place pour nous)

The room itself for this price range is exquisite. Modern and high quality furniture and equipment (except the plastic tea kettle). The room has black out curtains (but then a giant digital number on the AC that illuminates the whole room), and the beds are very comfortable. The AC worked well, and I had no issue with not having a kitchen. Just made overnight oats, ate yogurt and cherry tomatoes, etc. Zero fragrances ( I made a request). Some recommendations: My fav restaurant was Family Pot where a woman cooks for you and you eat in her garden. The Bus to Ksamil /Saranda center passes right by the hotel, but at the bottom of the stairs (pictured below). To Ksamil, you're better off getting on at the first stop (near Icon Barber), but to Saranda, it's not bad. My favorite grocery store was Market Teuta -- it had yogurt in a glass bottle and better produce.

For the first time in my life I reported the owner of a hotel. They wrote very polite messages, but in my opinion broke the law. When I asked if the hotel was located at the top of a steep hill, they said no. Booking didn't allow me to atttach screen shots both of our correspondence and the set of stairs you have to take to get down to the main road (there is a gradual option, but it's also uphill/ downhill). This hotel is most definitely uphill. If I had problems with mobility, this kind of misleading information could have been a major concern. The owner also said it's a 15 min walk to the center. It's not. It's a 50 min walk to get to the main center of the city. But other than flat out lying, they didn't respond to messages about problems with the address, getting to the hotel, beaches in the area. They took my money and then said they'd give me change "later." Sounded okay until later was that evening and then the next day. So I would say the owner is both a scammer and not a good business person. Everyone else in Albania has managed to send me a bunch of links with recommendations so I don't have to ask these questions. Literally strangers on the street were more helpful than this hotel owner. But ultimately hiding the issues about the location of the hotel is what prompted my complaint. I would have preferred to pay a little more, have not as nice of furniture, and stay closer to the center. The beaches by this hotel are private and crowded anyway.
