Great place, fantastic service but could use an upgrade!

I liked te contact with the owner, they forgot to make one bed but when I asked it was arranged in barely 10 minutes! Great service and an amazing place close to Europapark for great value.

It’s a bit old on the inside. It could really use an upgrade. The beds are also very different, not that great…

Fantàstic!

Està molt ben situat per anar a Europa Park, Estrasburg, Friburg i Alsàcia.. Hi ha un supermercat i una fleca a pocs metres de l’apartament, és molt pràctic. Hem estat molt bé!

Zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit Nähe zum Europapark

Positiv : - Nähe zum Europapark - Bäcker und Edeka fußläufig - eigener Parkplatz - 2 große Schlafzimmer, neuwertige Möbel - sauber

- sehr hellhörig (Schritte der Obermieter sehr laut, in der Nacht Waschmaschine im Schleudergang zu hören) - Oberlichtfenster mit völlig verstaubten Fliegengittern - Küche abgenutzt, keine Spülmaschine - oberflächlich neu renoviert, jedoch in den Ecken schlecht verarbeitete und teilweise schimmelige Fugen - Lüftung in Toilette stark verschmutzt

À 10mn en voiture de Europa Park sympa

La simplicité, la place de parking et la propreté

Les photos sont trompeuses et il y avait pas énormément d’équipement ( pas d’essoreuse à salade, 1seule petite poêle et petite casserole pour 6 personnes ). Nous avons entendu les voisins du dessus .

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die ein hammer Apartment zur Verfügung stellen.

Das Apartment war blitzeblank geputzt und geräumig. Die Küche ist auch sehr modern und toll um etwas zu kochen (hochwertige Messer etc). Sehr flexible und nette Gastgeber.

Parfait pour un passage

Appartement très bien situé ! Le parking est situé sur le côté mais très petit (sorte de petite cour qui donne accès aux autres appartements)... Attention si vous avez une grande/grosse voiture !

La cave et une porte en hauteur ne sont fermées que par des paravents Pas très rassurant... De plus, les 2 chambres étaient communicantes (pas prévenu)

Logement spacieux à 10 mn de Europapark

Logement très propre et très spacieux à 10 mn en voiture d'europapark. Literie confortable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il faudrait refaire le point sur les lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas.

Il y a le bruit de la route principale qui peut gêner le matin mais ça ça ne dépend pas des propriétaires.

- Sporadisch eingerichtet - Alle Räume sind scheckig gestrichen - In der Nacht ist das Bild im Schlafzimmer runtergefallen - Die Tischplatte in der Küche Quillt auf - Duschwasser wechselt zwischen Kalt und Warm - Duschgelspender war leer - Keine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche - Keine Spülmaschine vorhanden - In der Küche fehlt es an Ausstattung (Handtücher, Putzlappen, Handfeger, Kehrblech, etc.) - Kabel hängen frei herum - Sockelleisten fehlen oder sind defekt - Terrassentür darf nicht geöffnet werden - Terrasse und Vorderhof sind verwuchert - Terrasse von der nebenanliegenden Wohnung liegt direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster - Fliegengitter sind defekt - Türgriff ist locker -

Bonne réactivité de l'hôte, accès par code, logement propre et fonctionnel, parking disponible, à 10 min d'Europa park, supermarché et boulangerie à 2 min à pied

4 chaises et peu de vaisselle, c'était suffisant pour nous mais pour ceux qui viennent plus nombreux cela peut être dérangeant comme il y a des couchages pour 7.

Il nostro appuntamento era quello al piano terra. Tutto nuovo e funzionale. Molto utile il self check in soprattutto per chi come noi ritorna dall Europa park. I due letti singoli in soggiorno erano molto comodi. Il letto matrimoniale invece meno. Tutto molto pulito.

Très bon séjour vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés

Le logement est très propre et très spacieux . Les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain est très grande. Le parking à été très apprécié A 10 minutes de Rulantica et Europa Park. Supermarché à 2 minutes La personne qui gère le logement répond très rapidement Je retournerai dans ce logement avec plaisir Fidèle aux photos.

L appartement 3 n est pas très bien indiqué nous avons du taper le code d entrée sur plusieurs portes

Nettes Apartment für mehrere Personen gut geeignet. Im Sommer sicher sehr nett mit dem angrenzenden „Wintergarten“. Edeka gleich ums Eck.
