Ruime woonkamer, goeie ligging en heel proper.
De badkamer was miniem wat niet was aangegeven op de fotos. De fotos van de appartementen zijn niet heel duidelijk wat bij welk appartement hoort.

Positiv : - Nähe zum Europapark - Bäcker und Edeka fußläufig - eigener Parkplatz - 2 große Schlafzimmer, neuwertige Möbel - sauber
- sehr hellhörig (Schritte der Obermieter sehr laut, in der Nacht Waschmaschine im Schleudergang zu hören) - Oberlichtfenster mit völlig verstaubten Fliegengittern - Küche abgenutzt, keine Spülmaschine - oberflächlich neu renoviert, jedoch in den Ecken schlecht verarbeitete und teilweise schimmelige Fugen - Lüftung in Toilette stark verschmutzt
