"The studio is in a newly built establishment. It is very close to city centre and Palas Mall. Everything is squeaky clean and new. Bathroom is large and room as well."

Totul! Aproape de atracțiile orașului, amplasament, curățenia, parcarea
Unitatea externă de AC este montată pe balcon, în loc să fie montată în exterior cum e și firesc cred ca un “ Dorel” a făcut montajul . Se încălzește în balcon ceva de speriat. Dar în interior este răcoare, e bine.

the host suggested we could "cancel" the booking on the website which felt weird

The location was quite ok. You can reach city center by foot in 10 minutes.
It wasn’t really clean. I dropped a few water drops on the floor by mistake and when I wiped it with white paper, it was clear that the floors were dirty. And some attention to details would be nice (ie: kitchen towels/paper).
