Very beautiful place crossed by a river. Confy chales and good breakfast.

The chales are very confortable and beauty. Good breakfast. In our case we had to leave very early, before breakfast time, and because of this they have advanced the service. Very beautiful place overall, good to take pictures.

The beds are not very confy and despite the chales are very big it's missing a work table.

Comfortable stay in quiet location

The location was quiet but a long walk from the centre. Staff were friendly but did not speak English. The garden & swimming pool were nice. There was a good restaurant within easy walking distance.

A recepção foi nota 10 e a paisagem da pousada é um espetáculo à parte. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã preparado pela Eliane é divino! Ela é extremamente caprichosa e atenciosa, tornando nossas manhãs muito mais agradáveis. Vivemos dias maravilhosos e recomendamos de olhos fechados para quem busca paz e um excelente atendimento.

Lugar calmo e tranquilo. Bom para descansar.

Achei absurdo, minha lixeira do banheiro estava lotada e tive que pedir para vir trocar ,a mesma coisa: a toalha de banho, e o papel higiênico que estava acabando. Fiquei uma semana e nenhum momento fizeram a limpeza do quarto, nem troca de lençóis.

O lugar é bonito, mas a manutenção é péssima

O café da manhã é muito fraco, pelo valor cobrado pela estadia . Colocaram um pote margarina qualy do lado do cesto de pão pra gente passar no pão, só tinha opção de pão francês e pão de forma normal, não tinha opção de nada integral. Só tinha duas opções de frutas, mamão e melancia, a melancia estava azeda. Enfim…uma decepção.

minha filha e meu neto queriam conhecer Penedo...como eu ja conhecia a cidade, levei- para uma pousada "impactante" da qual ela jamais esquecerá.. o ambiente, as arvores, os pássaros incluindo lindos Tucanos....valeu a pena!!!

A propriedade é muito boa, o quarto é grande, tinha duas piscinas, espaço para esportes. Muito acolhedora e aconchegante. Café da manhã muito bom. Ter uma cozinha de apoio também é muito bom.

A tampa do vaso estava quebrada. O chuveiro poderia ser a gás, era elétrico e a água tinha pouca pressão.

Os colaboradores são bem atenciosos, a localização traz uma sensação de paz

O chalé 18, onde me hospedei, a cama possui um buraco no colchão e é muito desconfortável, não consegui relaxar nem uma noite, nesse chalé possui dois sofás cama que estão com os tecidos muito sujos e fedendo e quando liguei a hidromassagem, acabou a luz do chalé. Pelo preço cobrado a administração precisa melhorar o conforto para seus visitantes.

As instalações do banheiro precárias. No atendimento do café da manhã,nem bom dia a funcionária deu. Nosso chekin era as 14 h só conseguimos entrar e tomar um banho as 16 h pois o banheiro estava com a descarga estragada e a banheira não esquentava,por 2 vezes precisamos de manutenção na banheira..
