I loved that we were in a wooded area with lots of nature around the house. There was plenty of parking for our guests. The beach was a short walk from the house. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook breakfast and plenty of glassware and dishes for dinner.
The upstairs shower was a little small, which made it difficult to move around. The bunk bed room had one soft mattress on top and a harder mattress on the bottom. We made things work with seven adults, but the fourth room (bunk bed room) is better suited for children.
