Kitchen was very well equipped. Air-conditioning worked well. Good TV and most streaming services were logged in which was very convenient, although this might have been from previous renters. Accessing the property with the codes instead of a key was handy. Wifi was great. Nice neighborhood with a lot of trees!
Bed creaks quite a lot. Drains in the bathroom were very slow. The ceiling light in the living room was very bright white and needs to be on if you want the ceiling fan. Should be changed to a more pleasurable color and the fan itself could use some oil or maintenance. Of course these are all minor inconveniences. Metro and bus access is not great, I mostly rented bikes which to be fair are amazing.

The place was super cute in a nice part of DC.
The bed was comfy but the sofa bed was awful. Sitting on the sofa and chairs available weren't comfortable. Wish there'd been a tv in the bedroom.

The apartment is bright and comfortable, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, and it’s conveniently located not far from the center. The service was excellent, and the hosts were always helpful and ready to assist whenever needed.

It is located in a very nice neighborhood. Close to shops and cafes. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated.
There was no AC in the living room. Only in the bedroom. This was an ugly surprise since I specifically paid attention to this detail and you can see the AC in the pictures of the living room. But in reality, in our unit there was no AC there. We really needed that confort after walking all day in high temperatures. It was really hot in there.
Everything else was great so I felt really disappointed by this important matter.
