Tenia todo lo que necesitamos para pasar 4 dias en DC. Localización muy conveniente, area tranquila y el apartamento era muy bonito, cuidado y diseñado con mimo. Todo funcionaba correctamente y el propietario se preocupó todo el rato porque estuvieramos bien.

The property was in an excellent location and had all the facilities
In checking in the host had provided the wrong code to access the main door to the property
It took a little bit of time to contact the owner/ property manager
It was a pity that the host didn’t provide details of local restaurants and shops in close proximity to the property

Big space, everything you need is available.
Comfortable and safe place.
Neighbourhood is great: close to the shops, lot’s of restaurants close by. Alive, but yet quiet.
Host is very helpful and was going to look at some points of attention we mentioned to them (which I will not list here as I suspect it will be taken care of)
Metro was 16min away, so had the impression we walked a lot.
Flooring of upstairs appartement is very thin so you can hear them walk around, which we found quite annoying (specially when they walk above the bedroom).

It is located in a very nice neighborhood. Close to shops and cafes. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated.
There was no AC in the living room. Only in the bedroom. This was an ugly surprise since I specifically paid attention to this detail and you can see the AC in the pictures of the living room. But in reality, in our unit there was no AC there. We really needed that confort after walking all day in high temperatures. It was really hot in there.
Everything else was great so I felt really disappointed by this important matter.
