The location is in the middle of a working farm, we we were met by the owner Piers who was very friendly and helpful. The property is immaculate, spotlessly clean, All fixtures and fittings top quality. Piers made us some home made bread for the following morning, Everything was laid on for breakfast, help your self and plentiful. We loved being surrounded by wildlife, hares, foxes, rabbits, deer and god knows what else. Lovely big communal lounge, plenty of space.

As a disabled person, I had great difficulty getting into the property. The entrance step was very high and my wife had to physically lift me onto the step to gain entry. Every where else was level and spacious. I had to grab hold of a staircase to hang onto while I descended from the step. Be aware, to get to the property, one has to travel about a mile along a farm track to get to the entrance, Booking .com also give the wrong postcode which is miles away from the property and took us a while to find it.

Really nice continental breakfast. The host Piers is really friendly and they have a lovely pergola where you can sit and have a drink by the pond
