Clean and everything you would need , coffee , tea, water and sugar etc all there on arrival which was great also a bottle of wine which was nice touch , air conditioning was great as we arrived on a extremely hot few days

The property was very spacious, and very clean. There was everything in there you need, from a toaster to a kettle to a microwave to even a hairdryer and ironing machine. The outside seating area was great. The communal pool was lovely and just a short walk from the property. It was also great location as there were plenty of bus stops within a 10 minute walk that could take you anywhere on the island, and it was just a 30 minute walk to Faro de Maspalomas and even the walking paths were great.
Sometimes the water in the shower was cold, even when it was turned to the hottest setting and we couldn’t figure out why but with the heat it wasn’t that much of an issue.
