The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the beach and walking distance from restaurants and shops. The apartment had all equipment functional and there were even more useful things available than described such as a step stool for kids, clothes drying rack etc. The host was very friendly and helpful.
The apartment looks older than advertised and could use a renovation. The closing mechanism on one window was broken, the sofa should be replaced and the ceiling was not in a good condition on some spots. Also, it would be useful to add a vacuum cleaner to the equipment to help with sand from the beach.

- Posizione eccezionale, vista mare. - Appartamento spazioso e comodo per una famiglia. - Abbiamo trovato tutti gli utensili di cui avevamo bisogno (phon, ferro da stiro, elettrodomestici, ecc.) - Gestione di Rentallorca (Joan) efficiente e veloce. Ci ritornerei!! :)
- Sarebbe opportuno cambiare gli asciugamani e lenzuola che sono molto vecchie. - Ogni tanto usciva un po' di odore dal bagno. - Bisognerebbe fare una pulizia profonda delle docce perché c'era molto calcare attaccato.
