About this apartment rental
The apartment is ideally located in the center of Trastevere , one of the most unique neighborhood in Rome, the building is on Piazza S. Cosimato, where you can find many restaurants and cafes' , a local fruit & vegetable market and various local shops.
The apartment consists of entrance, living room, kitchen, one bathroom and 2 private double bedrooms.
It is nicely and tastefully decorated with a mix of antique and modern taste,
clean and comfortable
The apartment has been recently renovated it has a brand new kitchen and bathroom with a bigger shower than before.
We have independent heating and AC in both rooms and living room
The kitchen is fully equipped
We have a dish washer and washing machine,
The smart TV with has Italian channels and some international ones.
We have just installed a new internet connection with 20 mega which is as fast as you can possibly need and it can load up to 5 devices !!!
Trastevere is a very interesting and characteristic neighborhood , you are at walking distance form most historical sites, like piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Venezia, the Vatican is also only 20 minutes walk from location.
Even if you are close to the center you can enjoy a more quiet neighborhood which is not so crowded all day long like most historical sites, so you can also have a quiet and romantic walk along the river Tevere !!!
The neighborhood is really unique and friendly, one of the most exquisite squares in Trastevere is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment, with the amazing church s.Maria In Trastevere., try to have a coffee looking at the church across the square with its gold mosaique it's a great experience!!
On Sunday morning instead a visit to the local flee market Porta Portese is a must and a real unique experience, great finds !!
Checking in after 8 pm is required an extra of 30 euros and after 11 pm it is 50 euros extra.
Please try to be on time when we arrange a check in cause there will be a person specially there for you waiting.

Excellent apartment in a great area - great restaurants and cafes but a quiet area!! Comfy apartment with everything we needed! Check in was easy too! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, well equipped, and conveniently located Trastevere apartment. We were met and introduced to the property on arrival. Building was nicr and elevator was helpful. Nearby amenities included a park, market, bakery, restaurants, and gelaterias.

We had a fantastic holiday staying in the apartment. Nice and cool, even on the warmer days. Clean, with interesting decorations. Pleasantly quiet. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with delicious gelato right next door. Would recommend.

The place was as described. The location is convenient and you can walk to many sites, but need a taxi, Uber or public transport for tiring days. The place is very quiet and there are lots of restaurants and bars in the area.
One thing to note, using Uber. Uber has an arrangement with a taxi company, which you will see as an option. The taxi charges by the meter plus a service charge but otherwise just like a regular Uber, with a charge on your card.
