Dolphin Bay is a beautiful, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath pool/spa home located directly on Palma Sola Bay. It is a boater's paradise with a boat dock large enough for a 30' boat (Boatlift in pictures is not available to renters). With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this renovated pool home is the perfect destination point to enjoy everything the area has to offer!

The property is located at the end of a quiet street with enough space for parking even if you have a trailer. Walking into the front door your eyes are instantly pulled to all the natural light coming off the back of the property overlooking the canal. The home has a spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining all combined with a great view through the sliding glass doors. In this renovated kitchen, the chef is always in the center of things, with an island, a new cooktop, and all the granite counters one could want. The dining room accommodates a table for six and offers incredible views of the water where you are sure to see the dolphins play. Just off the dining room, you will find the game room fully equipped with connect four, ping pong, shuffle-puck table, and a Smart TV.

Heading outdoors you have an additional seating area for your sunset dinners on the water. If you enjoy cooking on the grill one is provided and available for use. The pool area with spa can't be beat, and again, offers a fantastic view of the sunset over Palma Sola Bay.

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? This property offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom suite on one end of the home and the guest bedrooms on the other is perfect for a traveling family or couples. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest room features a king-size bed and the other features a queen-size bed. Both guest rooms have Smart TV's. Additional sleeping is offered on the sleeper sofa in the living room that converts to a Queen size bed. The property also offers a rollaway bed.

Since no Florida getaway would be complete without direct water access - the dock is the perfect place to tie up your boat, fish, or soak in the pleasure of the sunsets. The community of San Remo Shores is known locally as a boating community with fishing and boating right in your backyard. What more could you ask for? Or grab a few chairs and your favorite cocktail and watch the dolphins play right off the dock seawall. Whatever your water calling, you will find it here. The owner has guaranteed dolphin sightings or he will pay for a dolphin tour.

*The boat lift on this property is owner-occupied year-round and not available for tenants' use. Tenants may dock their boat in the water along the dock only.

*Pool can be heated for an extra fee.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
*No personal subscription is required to use the Peloton. Anyone can ride for free, all you have to do is sign on with an email address and you'll have access to thousands of classes. We provide toe cages so all you need is a pair of tennis shoes to ride. If you have cycling shoes you're more than welcome to use them. The Peloton bike is compatible with Delta clip cycling shoes.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
