The 90 m² Upstalsboom 3-room duplex apartment, rusthv0.2, in the Binz-Prora Beach Residences can accommodate up to 4 people and is located right on the beach. Your spacious vacation home features both a terrace and a balcony facing the sea. Just a few steps away, and you’ll find yourself on the island’s kilometer-long sandy beach.
The Location
The light-filled apartment faces northeast and spans two floors, located on the first floor and first floor of the Vilm building. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 130 meters away, you’ll find the fine-sand, kilometer-long South Beach. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion options for your visit: the Prora Documentation Center, the Prora Center, the Rügen Classic Car Museum, the Rügen NVA Museum, the Galileo Knowledge World Rügen, the Binz-Prora Climbing Forest, and the Rügen Nature Heritage Center with its treetop trail, as well as the popular Karls Adventure Village in Zirkow. Within walking distance, you’ll find two bakeries, several bistros, a restaurant, small fashion and souvenir shops, and a bike rental shop. A sailing school is located about 3 km away. At the nearby Dormero Strandhotel (about 800 m away), you can purchase day passes and enjoy the pool, sauna, and fitness area to your heart’s content.
