About this apartment rental
Part gorgeous bayside locale, part one-of-a-kind bar and restaurant strip, St Kilda is a pure Melbourne icon. And when you stay at MAC St Kilda you’ll feel part of the fabric, staying opposite the greenspace of St Kilda Botanic Gardens, just a short walk to the Palais Theatre, Luna Park, Cafe Di Stasio and the Prince of Wales Hotel.
Each studio apartment is designed to give you a feeling of home away from home with abundant natural light, modern kitchen and new bathrooms. While a king-sized bed, blockout blinds and windows that open to let in the fresh sea air, make sleeping a dream. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of WiFi and secure onsite, open-air parking included.
Please note, the apartment building has 3 floors, and there is no lift.
The apartment is close to central facilities, with a supermarket and chemist less than a 5 minute walk, and multiple tram routes 5 - 10 minutes from your door. However it's easy to stay local, with the bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping of the Acland St Precinct only a short stroll away. Stay in one of Melbourne's most vibrant suburbs and experience some of Melbourne's biggest icons.
Please note: There is no reception desk nor luggage storage. Self check-in instructions will be sent with a code to the digital lock on the morning of arrival for self check-in.
As we won't be greeting you in person, to complete your remote registration you will be required to -
*Provide government-issued photo ID (drivers licence or passport) is to be provided, prior to arrival.
*Pay the $200 security deposit (refundable upon departure, subject to apartment inspection.
Details on how to complete the registration will be sent upon booking.
Please note that we do not accept third party bookings. You cannot book for someone else under your profile.

We enjoyed the location, accommodation and independence of booking in and leaving..... we had a terrible time finding the property due to one way streets.... but otherwise fabulous!

Very handy little apartment just a skip from the botanical gardens and some restaurants and cafes this was a very nice and classy apartment.
Host was very good to deal with and made the process easy and with all instructions clear and all one in one email.

Second stay here for attending gigs in St Kilda. Simple but modern and very clean, with super comfortable bed, handy kitchen, sleek bathroom with nice toiletries etc. Free lock-up parking is a real bonus. Location is brilliant for attending things in St Kilda, or easy tram access to Melb CBD. We will always book this when we have gigs on in St Kilda. Love it!
