A beautiful home and very close to all of the fun. It was unfortunate that one of the outdoor heaters did not work. We would suggest that the host offer kitchen towels, additional paper towels and trash bags. Overall, a very nice home.

We had a terrific Spring Break week in Newport Beach at this property. The balconiesmon each floor were fantastic amenities. Decor is modern. Bedding was excellent. Both floors were very clean. Proximity to grocery store, Lido Island shopping and restaurants and of course the beach was perfect. Sara from Burr White was excellent, answering all our questions promptly before and after our stay.
