This property is immaculate with amazing Ocean Views and is located on the famous Newport Beach Boardwalk. Open up your massive sliding glass doors to expose an incredible breeze and walk onto the sand and into the Pacific Ocean. This house has a Gourmet chefs kitchen with granite countertops that looks directly out to the ocean, a very spacious family room that connects the kitchen and the beach, Dual Master bedrooms, four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, cherry hardwood floors. This beach house is located on the boardwalk which is walking distance to the Newport Pier, many dining locations, the Balboa Fun Zone, and countless activities. This beach house is large enough for many people and also included a garage fit for a midsized car including 3 bikes to use and washer/dryer downstairs.
Come enjoy this little slice of paradise for your vacation oasis. It is beautifully located so you can really explore the many features and attractions of the greater Newport Beach area. Kick your feet up and relax a little bit..

The enchantment of the Newport Peninsula offers a variety of activities everyone can enjoy. Simply be the sun gazer and castle builder everyone wishes they had time to be.

This home sleeps 8 in beds with 2 king and 2 queen beds (one of which is downstairs.) A maximum of 10 people is allowed.
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

We had the most incredible week at this beach house! The location simply couldn't have been better, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. My favorite part was sleeping with the balcony door open each night, falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves and waking up to the same peaceful soundtrack every morning. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind.The house was comfortable, welcoming, and made it easy to enjoy every moment together. Our week was filled with love, laughter, unforgettable memories, and quality time with family and friends. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to make so many special memories.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We can't wait to come back!

Loved the home and loved the location. There were just a few minor shortcomings. I did not realize there was no BBQ grill for burgers and dogs and steaks, and there was not a dining table to hather around, although there was a folding table in the garage that we were able to use. Finally, the alleyway was so narrow it made parking in the garage very tedious. Other than that, it was a wonderful week of relaxation and soaking up the sun!
