Situated on the first floor of a two-story building, it enjoys a southeast exposure and a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The apartment is in excellent condition and designed for comfort and convenience.
Sleeping up to 6 people, it includes a bedroom with two double beds (140x190 cm), a comfortable living room, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and pressure cooker, as well as crockery and utensils. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, towel warmer, and clothes drying rack.

It is a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte where you will find many activities. You can also find shops and restaurants on the beach or on the port. Local markets are organized 3 times a week during the summer period and a craft market is present on the port every Wednesday.
The good: ideally located a few meters from the beach, in a quiet and outlying area. The port and the shops are about twenty minutes walk from the accommodation.
