The Downtown Kaiser House is an amazing place to enjoy everything Glenwood has to offer. Located in the downtown core of Glenwood Springs, but on a quiet street set back from Grand Ave. Walk downtown to enjoy all the incredible restaurants, music, and of course the Hot Springs Pool. You can truly park the car for your stay, and live like locals do. Sit on the front porch, enjoy the mountain views, and spark up the firepit at night. Great Victorian home remodeled with all the comforts of a great vacation home. Inside the home is a very spacious layout. Downstairs is the Living Room with a big screen TV, and Gas Fireplace, Formal Dining Room with seating for 8, Large Kitchen, and a separate Breakfast Nook. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook that special meal while away. Kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances, Gas Oven, and a Coffee Bar. All the Bedrooms have plenty of space, and include their own attached Bathroom with shower, so no one has to share a Bathroom. Quality Mattresses and Linens used in every room. The house also has radiant heat, and air conditioning throughout the home. This will be a great place to come back to after exploring Glenwood Springs. We do offer 10% discounts to multiple Businesses in town including the Hot Springs Pool, Adventure Park, and Rafting. Don't miss out on this great house for your family or friends to enjoy.

Spent the 4th of July with our adult children. Had a great time and house is close to everything. Will keep this house on the list to return someday.

This place is incredible. Large or small group, this home is ideal. 2 blocks from everything. Classic home with historical newspaper write-ups in every room. Modern updates throughout the home. Sat on the patio every evening to watch the sunset and the mountain views. The home will make you feel special as everyone that walks by kinda stops to look at the beauty of this home. Truely loved our stay and will be a memory for our entire family. We will be making this home a yearly stop from here on. Matthew was just a text away with the one and only question we had. I highly recommend staying here.
