Just imagine yourself on the balcony every morning while sipping your coffee. Or, you can enjoy the fantastic view right from the Kitchen and Living Areas with large floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. Our condo is truly a place where you can get away from it all. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gift shops, marinas, bars and convenience stores. Some local activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

It was very nice and we enjoyed everything but the neighbors. They smoked weed and we smelled it in our condo.

This is a nice corner unit with a large balcony with great views of the beach. We had our daughter, son in law and granddaughter staying and there was plenty of room. Very nice location close to stores, restaurants, etc. The pool and splash pad are great for kids as well. The weather was perfect for our stay and we had a great time. I would stay here again. No issues with check in or check out and the staff on site is very friendly. Plenty of parking close to the building and easy access to the beach. Everything was as advertised.

Great room and view. Very nice decor and layout of the room. 1 elevator was not working during stay. This wasn’t mentioned to me until after I booked the room. With a 15 floor building and only 2-3 elevators working during Spring Break it was hell trying to get in and out with little kids.Will look at other options in the future after this experience.
