We stayed here while in town for a family reunion beautiful Cabin on a gorgeous clear lake had all the basic stuff you would need for cooking provided coffee k cups and a variety of tea options. Great place would stay again .

Stayed with ten adults for a family reunion. The house is very large and accommodating, it never felt crowded except perhaps, when we sat down to dinner as the dining room table only sat eight in a pinch. The kitchen facilities were adequate with some spices. It was nice that paper products and soaps, etc., were provided and that there was a washer/dryer. The deck and lake were lovely and we enjoyed swimming and hearing the loons. Cleanliness left a little to be desired and it was obvious that the property is not presently occupied full time. Weeds in the once lovely garden and the poor condition of the beautiful gazebo left one a little depressed. Wifi worked beautifully as did the appliances. We did need to buy a cheap coffee maker as the Keurig could not accommodate all the grumpy adults needing a cup of morning coffee. I would gladly return next year if the property is available.

The A/C was not working properly. The temps were in the high 80’s with much humidity, so we definitely needed the cabin to be cool. We reached out to the contact person on the first day but never received a response. The 2nd day multiple attempts were made with no response. We finally got a response on the 3rd day and was told someone would be out to check on the A/C in 30 minutes, but it was 3 hours before the caretaker showed up. Because he was just the caretaker, there was nothing he could do. We called the contact person again and was told they would have an HVAC company come out, but no one showed up. The temp in the cabin was very uncomfortable and my DIL is pregnant which made the situation worse. The property is for sale and we were told by the caretaker they are having a difficult time selling and it seems like the owners don’t want to make any improvements. It’s a beautiful piece of property, but we feel we were not given all the amenities promised. Very disappointed.
