This home is in a wonderful location, in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach. It was very clean, has lots of room to spread out and the kitchen is well-equipped. Communication with the host was great. There was one minor problem that many wouldn't care about: We were traveling with four kids under 7, so the first thing we looked for was a home with a washer and dryer. This one fit the bill. Prior to check-in, the host messaged me that the washer was working with a minor problem. However, upon arrival, it was not working at all. I relayed that to the host and she promptly offered a discounted stay for our inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. Had I known we wouldn't have had access to a washer, I would have attempted to find a different home. After two weeks, I haven't heard anything further from the host.

Great experience! The house is just as described! We were very comfortable, enjoyed our girls trip! The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach. Neighborhood does not have beach access road.
