Guests have access to the entire home with a private entry on Pacific Coast Highway and a private two car garage and entry on Gaviota Drive.

This home is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully stocked with anything you would need other than your food or drinks. Lots of beach toys and chairs. The views of the ocean and the surfers is exactly what I was looking for. The stairs within the house and the stairs to go down to the beach and back up, as well as the hike downtown were quite a workout for this 75 year old. We found when we arrived that there is actually an elevator in the home (not listed as part of the rental) but unfortunately, it was out of service. Also, the fireplace in the living-room was out of service, which wasn’t a big deal since it wasn’t really that cold, but it would’ve been nice ambience. The main deck off the living-room has some concerning cracks in the tiles near the glass and the small patios off the guest bedrooms needed some cleaning up to be used. Host Briana was very quick to reply with any questions we had. Overall it was a very cozy comfortable home. We had a wonderful stay in Laguna!

We had a beautiful 7 week stay on Gaviota. The owners couldn’t be more accommodating. Briana and Ernie were Super responsive and super helpful. The house has everything you’d want, and more. We’ll definitely be back

Our host was extremely communicative at all times! As well, the house is lovely all around. Great location and of course, just about anything you need was located inside or in the garage. Thank you for a wonderful birthday week!
