About this house rental

This is a beautiful, light-filled midcentury modern home that you will love staying in. It is 1.5 blocks to the beach and close walking distance to the downtown Village. Built in 1960 but modern and updated, it has classic vintage essence but feels clean, light, airy and filled with natural light. On one side you have a private garden with a fire pit and water fountain. And on the other side you have the Pacific Ocean, so you will feel surrounded by nature.

This 2 story home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open living room, dining area, full kitchen + kitchenette downstairs, private/quiet garden with BBQ, water fountain and fire pit, ocean view patio facing the sunset, and 2 car garage. It's spacious for 6 people and the perfect place to cozy up to the fireplace, watch the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine, warm your feet outside with the fire pit, read a book quietly in the garden, or walk to the nearest beach to sunbath or surf. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to have a nice dinner, fresh fish taco, or grocery store to cook at home.

The location can't be beat - within minutes you can walk to Laguna's best beaches, coffee shops, shopping, and downtown. You can leave your car in the garage and not use it your entire stay!

We loved the artsy decor of this home. The water fall in the backyard was mesmerizing. We played cards at the rad dining room table for hours! We loved the fireplace and the views and the location! The location is the best! For a quiet fun sibling vacation.

The house was a great layout with all the usual amenities. I was surprised at the condition of the house. The floors were severely worn, walls were scuffed, the outdoor furniture was all stained and rusted. The outside seating areas were dirty upon arrival. The view was nice but there is an apartment building next door that had a lot of people coming in and out that looked a bit unsafe. Location was walking distance to most things which was nice.

The property is gorgeous and in a great location within walking distance to everything. So many amenities in the house, including beach chairs ! Margo was really great in communication and understanding of our needs. Thanks for making the wedding weekend amazing !

The property was just as described, clean and well taken care of. The host and her father were very friendly and great with communicating via text and email. The location is a short walk to shops and restaurants on PCH and a little further to the main beach. You can see PCH and the ocean from the front patio and the rear patio is lush with vegetation and feels secluded and quiet. We had a great time.

The home was beautiful and perfectly appointed. We had a very comfortable stay and loved the gorgeous deck. Margo was super responsive to all our questions. Only downside was some drilling on the property next door on our first day, but there wasn’t any more the rest of the weekend. Would definitely return!

Margo is very nice. The issues were the construction site across the street, the lack of towels, the blow dryer did not work and the steamer. It was a nice place but in my opinion a little pricy for what we got.

We had a lovely time. The location is very walkable to the beach - a trek that we made daily - and also close to the Ralph's. On the negative side, while the house is at the end of a dead end street which limits the amount of traffic but it is also next to the Holiday Inn and an apartment building so there it isn't scenic. They have done a great job of turning the backyard into a small oasis which does give some privacy and I felt very serene doing yoga next to the fountain. The kitchen is well stocked for just about anything that you would want to cook. All in all a great week!

Beautiful home less than 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to town. We enjoyed nightly dinners on the deck with fantastic views of the ocean, the views are even better than the pictures show. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and peaceful evenings after a day at the beach.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home & enjoyed our stay tremendously. The layout of the home maximizes light & ocean views. Walking distance to several beaches including the main beach & lots of eateries. Driving distance to the most coveted beaches. Most importantly, the owner was available & super responsive whenever we needed her. Would love to stay there again.

We had a fantastic trip to Laguna Beach. The house was in a great location-close to shops, restaurants and the beaches plus a parking spot. The house had all the amenities that we needed and it was nicely furnished and clean. We would highly recommend it.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very conveniently located near the grocery store, the beach, boutique shops and restaurants. All only a short walk away. The sunsets that we were able to experience from the balcony and dining area were spectacular. The garage is nice and spacious and easily fitted our large SUV. Margo was a lovely host and had excellent communication. We would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay! First, the property owner was very communicative and accommodating upon booking. She met us and gave us a tour and even a bottle of wine to start our vacation off! The apartment is gorgeous with a mid century vibe and very clean. The sunset views from the balcony were breathtaking and the garden water feature was a lovely sound to fall asleep to. The location of this rental cannot be beat! You are one block away from the Main Street of Laguna where there are plenty of art galleries, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. You never need to get into your car. Would definitely recommend this to friends and will book again if in the area.
