About this house rental
On the wild coast on the west face of Oléron, come and enjoy this beautiful family home of 92m2 renovated in 2022.
On one level, it is composed as follows:
Living room and dining room opening onto a beautiful outdoor terrace with a pergola and fully equipped kitchen in the extension.
Three bedrooms, the first with a double bed of 160 and the second with two single beds (beds of 90) that can be pushed together to make a bed of 180. A large bathroom serves these two bedrooms with a separate toilet. The last bedroom is equipped with a bed of 160 and a shower room with toilet.
Large garden with a petanque court and beautiful shaded terrace with pergola at the back of the house. The plus of this beautiful house, a SPA for 4 people to relax in all seasons (SPA open and heated from April to the end of September depending on weather conditions).
Possibility to park vehicles in the garden at the front of the house.
Garage with washing machine and dryer, possibility to bring your bikes in.
Local shops 5 minutes away by car (port of La Côtinière or Domino market).
Bike paths in front of the house. Beach walk by forest path in front of the house.
Nice service, linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Possibility to rent bicycles at preferential rates or other services from the concierge service.
All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy....
On arrival, a deposit of 160€ for cleaning / rubbish will be requested by the concierge service. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the house is returned in a suitable condition.
Please note that there is a minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August and 3 nights for the rest of the year.
