About this house rental
Christine and Philippe will welcome you into their home all wood facing the sea. Breathtaking view of the house as the garden of the Atlantic (The citadel of Château d'Oléron, Fort Louvois, Fort Boyard, Island of Oleron, Island of Aix, La Rochelle) with sea access garden for a walk or fishing on foot at low tide and high tide to a fishing line. You can view from their oyster parks oysters, take the boat to go to Oléron or the Ile d'Aix, for a ride on the harbor and all other activities without forgetting the magnificent sunsets.
The house comprises entrance hall with wardrobe, wc, lounge with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry, bedroom with dressing room and toilet without forgetting the sea views, a bedroom with shower room and wc giving a patio, upstairs two bedrooms with bathroom and toilet opening onto a terrace facing the sea. 700m garden with Jacuzzi, garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue.

Very pleasant house which is very well located. You can reach everything easily via bike or car. Very nice contact with the landlord with quick responses. Every main thing is in the house, everything had been tidy and clean. In the summer month the air conditioning is very much appreciated. All in all a holiday home and host that can be recommended without hesitation!

La maison bénéficie d’une belle vue.
Par contre, les pièces de vie ne sont pas chaleureuses. Les équipements sont présents mais rien pour s’en servir, pas un filtre à café ou une dosette d’avance, pas de lessive, pas de liquide vaisselle, pas un restant de sel...
