Our beautiful, light-filled 36-square-meter apartment offers a stunning view of the North Sea—including gorgeous sunsets—through its panoramic window. On the sheltered southwest-facing loggia, complete with an awning and a single-person beach chair, you can enjoy unforgettable moments!
Wi-Fi: Fiber-optic connection. Bed linens and 2 hand towels + 2 bath towels + 1 shower mat are provided.
The beds are made upon arrival.
One dog is welcome (up to 25 kg) for a one-time fee of 40.00 EUR.
The visitor’s tax ranges from 2.80 € to 4 € per adult per day. Children up to 15 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax

The new built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, a stove with 4 ceramic burners and an oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a kettle, a full range of kitchen utensils, and plenty of dishes.
The spacious built-in closets offer plenty of storage space.
A comfortable fold-down bed with a sleeping surface of (160 x 200) cm is available.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A hair dryer is provided.
The one-bedroom apartment accommodates 2 people. It is located on the 5th floor (with an elevator) and has barrier-free access to the building. This is a non-smoking apartment!
Parking spaces are available at the building.
There is a bicycle storage room and bicycle racks.
Each floor has a trash chute.
On the 8th floor, there is a laundry room with a dryer that can be used by arrangement with the building superintendent. You can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.
From the building’s rooftop terrace, you’ll also enjoy a panoramic view of all of Büsum and the North Sea.
A bakery, an Edeka supermarket, and a laundromat are all just a 5-minute walk away. The building is located only about 200 meters from the spa park, the dike, and the beach. Alleestraße, with its restaurants and shops, is a 10-minute walk away.
