This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 11th floor Grandview East unit is the perfect choice for your next trip to the Emerald Coast with 1559 square feet of Gulf FRONT living space! This beautifully decorated, beach front 3BR/2BA condo is located on the 11th floor, boasting spectacular views from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. This unit features tile and hardwood floors throughout the unit, upscale decor, granite counter tops, 3 large flat screen TV's, and a full washer/dryer for your convenience. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony, taking in the view of the white sand beach as you watch the waves crash against the shore. You will find a King bed in the master, and queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Great location and view of the Gulf! Many restaurants nearby. Condo is very clean and even better than advertised. Very roomy feel and beds and bathrooms are clean. Liked so much we are booked again for later this year. Host James is awesome! Very quick to respond to my questions. Check in was flawless.

The beach view was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed. It was a great stay. Would definitely book again!

Location was great views, even greater! We stayed in unit 1103. We had more than enough room for all six of us. We didn’t have any issues. Parking was convenient and just across the street from our building. The building manager was helpful as well. Plus, there was public parking very close so we could have a guest over that was in town. We would definitely stay again.
