If you want to venture out and explore, Hesperus Ski Area is around 19 miles away, and all the shops, restaurants, and amenities in either Durango or Farmington are around 25 miles away. If you're here to fish, you'll love the private river access behind the main house and private pond north of the barn. Lake Nighthorse is 23 miles away.
At the home itself, you’ll find abundant natural light and mountain views from nearly every window. Use the full kitchen (no dishwasher) to whip up snacks or meals, then dine alfresco on the covered patio downstairs. In the evening, relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace while you scroll social media with the free WiFi. Even better, unplug entirely and step back outside to admire the clear night sky, free of light pollution.
