About this house rental
10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Hesperus Ski Area, and only 45 minutes from Purgatory Ski Area. The neighborhood has tennis courts, basketball courts, a green belt, hiking trails, outdoor kids play area plus an awesome coffee truck at the entrance every morning. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed in each room. There is a bedroom downstairs with a queen also along with a pull out couch with a queen memory foam mattress. There is also a game room and a laundry room downstairs. Outside the dining room there is a small deck and a yard with some swings and a horseshoe pit!...
