Recent villa located in the hamlet of Araghju, fully equipped with a pleasant terrace in a very quiet environment with easy access to the shops, beaches and activities of the area.
It is composed of a large main room with fitted kitchen and its central island, dining area, dining room, TV room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and pantry (washer and private equipment at your disposal).
On the terrace, you will find garden furniture, a table for outdoor dining, deckchairs, a parasol and a plancha.
Pleasant private infinity pool of 6m x 3m, heated from spring holidays to All Saints' Day holidays.
In the house, 3 bedrooms, one with shower, toilet and sink and its bed of 160x200 wardrobe and dresser, a bedroom with a bed of 160x200 with wardrobe and desk, finally a third bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200 and wardrobe.
All rooms are air-conditioned (living room and bedrooms).
It is the ideal place for you to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
7 km from the centre of Porto Vecchio and its shops, 30 km from Figari airport, its location between the sea and the mountains offers you a wide choice of magnificent beaches and the possibility of quickly getting to the hiking trails of the Ospedale.

We have nothing to criticize. Our stay was perfect. Very friendly and easily reachable hosts, a beautiful accommodation, a great pool, and a wonderful, peaceful environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there. We can recommend it without reservation.

The house is well located, 10 min from Porto Vecchio city center, and with a quick access to many beautiful sea spots.
It is a brand new and confortable building, with a large terrace and a very pleasent swimming pool. The area is wooded hillside.
Last but not least, the host is extremely attentive.
