About this villa rental
In a quiet area (no traffic nearby) bordered by the maquis, a 110m² single storey villa with swimming pool, 30m² loggia and terrace. on a plot of 1500 m².
The villa consists of:
a 45 m² living room with a fixed sofa and armchairs, a library and a large screen TV.
Sliding doors lead onto the terraces,
The 15m² fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.) with sliding door opens onto the loggia where a table awaits you for Mediterranean dinners.
For the night, you have two bedrooms of 18m² each with 2 beds of 90 and a bed of 180, desk and cupboards.
A bathroom with 2 sinks, a bath, walk-in shower and wc.
An entrance with cupboard and washing machine.
From a separate toilet.
A 30m² loggia extended by the terrace with table and chairs and a living room with sofa and garden chairs are at your disposal. Sunbathing is on the terrace.
This rental is available for 4 adults. An extra bed and / or cradle for a child can be installed on request.
Pool heating is possible in May and October.
A deposit of 1000 € (check or cash) is requested and returned at the end of the stay.
CALA ROSSA beach is 10 minutes by car. The beaches of PALOMBAGIA, SANTA JULIA at 15 minutes. The city center at 6 minutes.

The house was soooo comfortable. The swimmingpool is amazing, the outside area full of nature is so peaceful and everything you need to have a comfortable stay is there: enough loungechairs, multiple seating areas with comfy chairs (inside & outside), electrical window shields to make every room dark and protect it from the heat of the sun (the dark room was especially nice because our 1.5 year old daughter still sleeps during the day). There's a lot of toys for kids; enough to play with in the pool (an air mattress, etc.). There is also already a lot of equipment in the kitchen; everything you need and more! Herbs, oil, etc. it's all there. There's not a lot to do in the area by foot; not many boulangeries / bakery's in the area, but we found 1 that is walking distance and really nice. There are a few restaurants nearby that are also REALLY nice (but just 2 or 3 in total, not many choice). The hostess of the house was extremely friendly!! We loved her. We were in close contact with her all the time and when she came for check-in and check-out, she was so lovely. She brought us desert/cookies because there was a religious celebration for her going on. All in all, amazing stay and we definitely keep it mind for next time!

Excellent location, the villa was great with all the conveniences including a very well equipped kitchen and a great pool. The photos do not do it justice! Only 10 mn from Carrefour Market, 20 mn from the nearest beach with no crowd for early risers. Thanks also to Nadia for the handover.

Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem kann man die schönen Strände sowie weitere Ausflüge (Wanderungen, Städte) sehr gut erreichen. Der Pool war die ganze Woche angenehm warm und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
