New villa in a large property of 3000 m2, completed in April 2017 with mountain and forest view not overlooked, very quiet 5 minutes drive from the beach of St Cyprien and 15 minutes from the port of Porto Vecchio and close to shops . . Contemporary furnishing, .. Nice living room with open kitchen very well equipped with LV cellar, 2 furnaces including 1 MO, barbecue etc. opening onto a large terrace. TV lounge - WiFi internet access: 4 bedrooms each with a double bed. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 toilets including 1 independent; 1 laundry with washing machine 8kg, iron and ironing board.
