Beachfront villa in Castiadas, in the San Pietro area.
A cozy, charming, newly built, and perfectly furnished villa, suitable for up to 4 people (two adults and two children). The house features a living room with a kitchenette and a sleeper sofa, a bathroom, a master bedroom with a memory foam mattress, a small bedroom with two single beds (memory foam), a loggia, and a 300-square-meter garden, along with a parking space, a barbecue, a wash area, and an outdoor shower with hot water.
It is equipped with a TV, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron,
