Beautiful, comfortable resort "Ville San Pietro", surrounded by meadows and fields. 25 houses in the resort. In the district of Cala Sinzias 5 km from the centre of Costa Rei, 11 km from the centre of Villasimius, 63 km from the centre of Cagliari, in a sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Private: small garden. Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Via Cala Sinzias" 2 km, sandy beach "San Pietro, Cala Sinzias" 700 m. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. The complex has another 3 houses for rent. Our 4 holiday houses are located in the middle of the complex and are grouped around the pool, which is shared exclusively by the guests of these 4 houses.

Haus,Anlage waren in einem guten Zustand. Ohne Auto wäre man aber aufgeschmissen, weil sehr abgelegen.

Super fijn mooi huisje met een fijn zwembad in een mooi wijkje. Zo weer terug willen . Minpunt weinig keukengerei.

schöne Anlage mit super Pool. Den einzelnen Häusern fehlen verschiedene Ausstattungen (Küchenutensilien, Grillrost,...) Reisetipps: unbedingt auch andere Strände ansehen, Auflug mit einem Motorboot und Abends zu einem Agriturismo zum Dinner

The place is very nice, the house and swimming pool are nice too.
Unfortunately there’s nobody that take really care about the house (forniture a in the kitchen are very poor, many ants in the house, ….).
