About this house rental
Welcome to Kaylee's Place, a stunning home with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fenced backyard, and marina access.
Kaylee's Place has two units: Unit A is a downstairs one-bedroom, one-bathroom Suite. Unit A has a kitchenette, living room, dinette, and a walk-in shower. Unit B is located upstairs and has a fully stocked kitchen, living room, one bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, dining room table that seats 6, and two bedrooms with queen-sized beds.
Extra linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are available for your convenience. Two washers & dryers are available for your convenience. One is located upstairs in Unit B, and one is located downstairs in Unit A.
Kaylee's Place is within 20 minutes of the Airport and 8 minutes to Downtown Pensacola.
Free High-speed WiFi is available. We use tv streaming; please remember to bring your personal account and password information to access your favorite streaming services.
There are three comfortable queen beds and two full bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Unit B has a kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms. Unit A has a kitchenette, living space, one bedroom, on a full bathroom.
Two washers & dryers are available.
Kaylee's Place is approximately 17 minutes and 8.6 miles to NAS Pensacola West Gate and about 49 minutes and 33.6 miles to NAS Whiting Field.
Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.

We enjoyed our stay at Kaylee’s place! Parking space is wide, all the rooms are huge and furnished with everything you’ll need! Nicely decor, updated furniture, appliances and fixtures. High ceilings in both upstairs and downstairs units. Very spacious and the bathrooms are huge with a nice walk-in shower! Nice thick bath linen, beds were very comfortable and managing company was quick to respond to our questions. Location is great! You’re close to downtown and about midpoint between Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key. Will definitely be our go to place each year we visit!

We truly loved this place, the whole process from making the reservation to the end of our stay was excellent, very professional and informative.
The unit was very clean and well stocked, beds were very comfortable, in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, parking was enough for two vehicles and a 24 ft boat and still had room for one more vehicle. Access to the marina and boat launch was great. Will definitely be back for another stay in the future!
