- Is the room shared?
No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Check-out can be extended to 11.30am for an additional $20.
- Can guests check-in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day.
- What's the check-in method?
Self check-in using keysafe.

Yes, but guest has to log in with their own Netflix account.

We wanted somewhere near Southbank for two couples and this was perfect. The building is very new, Woolies and a cafe is on the ground floor and we could walk to all the restaurants on Southbank. Ming was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Excellent stay.
