Great communication with property manager. Lovely apartment, well appointed and fabulous location. So close to city, South Melbourne and Yarra promenade.

Great apartment with fantastic views. Good location at Southbank not far from cafes and short walk to cbd. Would definitely book again!

Property was lovely and had good facilities. Have no complaints about cleanliness.
I was disappointed that there were no places to store our bags at the hotel. We had got off our flight early and couldn’t check in until 3pm so I had to cart our 3 suitcases and bags around, as well as control 2 young kids across the city while we looked for nearby bag storage.
We also received a noise complaint and am unsure of why. My kids sometimes cry at bed time and don’t settle but we made no noise after 8:30pm and we were out all day.
Keys had to be picked up at an IGA down the road which was also a little inconvenient for me with 2 young kids.
Communications with host was fine, via email and text.
Pool was amazing, had a great view and was heated.
