The heart of the apartment is the spacious kitchen-living room, featuring a dining area for four people and a cozy sitting area with a TV—a space that’s equally inviting for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. From here, a door leads out to the spacious balcony with a magnificent view of the Achterwasser—the perfect place to fully enjoy the unique waterfront setting.
The two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a narrower double bed, ideal for children or additional guests—are nestled beneath the thatched roof and give the apartment its very special character. Please note: Due to the typical sloped ceiling, headroom is limited in both sleeping areas—which lends the space a particularly cozy atmosphere but should be taken into account by taller guests. The bathroom with a shower also offers the practical convenience of its own washing machine.
