About this house rental
We just remodeled our winter home in the quiet town of Port Charlotte. Our enclosed pool area is complete with a seating area and is accessible from the two main bedrooms, kitchen, and guest bathroom. Fully furnished, the house includes non-perishable food (while supplies last) and all the creature comforts of home. You don't have to worry about elevator noises, loud guests in the room next door, or housekeepers interrupting your afternoon nap!
All large events (parties of any sort) must be approved in advance.
Primary renter legally assumes all responsibility for loss of life, damage to property, guest injuries, and/or any other issue that arises to/on the property in relationship to the renter's event.
Whether you rent for a night or the whole summer, we hope you'll enjoy our home. Discount rates are available for long-term bookings, as well at varying pet fees.

The house was very nice huge. The pool is not heated but a beautiful pool. The kitchen is well stocked and washer dryer was really nice. The rooms are large. The management responded in a timely manner. Enjoyed our 5week stay.

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was amazing at answering any questions or concerns we had! Definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay. The house was perfect for when we had a guest stay the night. The 2 main bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. We must have loved the pool since we were in it every day. Lots of nap time on the deck couch. Melissa was very quick to answer when we had a question. Our small dog loved chasing the tiny lizards. The grocery an pharmacy are close by. We went to manasota beach a couple times to look for shark teeth. Englewood beach was still closed from the last hurricane. If you go to the beach I suggest you leave by no later than 9am if you want a parking spot. The kitchen had plenty of cooking gear. I’d definitely stay here again.
