Hi! Welcome to your Vacation Home in Port Charlotte, Florida!
Port Charlotte is one of the preferable destinations from all over the world. We recently bought this lovely house with the idea of it to be our retirement home; imagine just in there how in love with are with the house and the town. The previous owners had it for years as their vacation home, and kept it in great conditions throughout the years. Still, we have made some updates and have it ready for you to enjoy it!
The house is in a great location, with quick access to Murdock, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte Harbor. Access to restaurants, movie theater, shopping centers with main retail stores, all minutes from the house. Fishing, kayaking, water sports in general are available in the area for you to enjoy. The beautiful Englewood beach is 20 to 30 minutes from the house.
We have a wide salt water canal connecting to Port Charlotte Harbor. Either relaxing in the pool, or enjoying the day in the dock, or watching TV, or playing with our provided games, we promise you are really going to have an excellent time.

We liked being by the canal the pool area with the TV. So the guys could watch the game while being with the rest of the family. Kayaking was awesome too. The house was somewhat dated but very clean.

Second stay here. Very well maintained, updated older home. Convenient to Punta Gorda, Murdoch and North Port. Charlie is an excellent, responsive Host.
