About this apartment rental
Come to unit 602 at Escapes to the shores in beautiful Orange Beach Alabama. This unit is on sixth floor of an amazing beach front complex. The unit DOES NOT HAVE A BEACH VIEW OR BALCONY, but it does have a window looking towards town. The complex is beach front over looking the Gulf of America, so no need to cross the street. Unit 602 can accommodate up to 4 with a king bed in master and a sleeper sofa in living room. The kitchenette does have a two-burner cooktop, microwave, fridge, and cooking utensils. Both the living room and the bedroom have large flat screen TVs. Wi-Fi is included with your stay for no charge, but owner does not guarantee speed.
The property is considered a low-density property but has all the amenities of the big guys. Upon arrival to the property, you will stop by the front desk to pay for your parking pass which is $40 per vehicle. Beginning May 1 price increase to $50

We had a great stay at this condo. This place had everything we needed and was close to restaurants. Very clean condo. Very well stocked with towels, silverware and dishes. I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter, just us. We felt very comfortable and safe at this place. Highly recommend. Also, the beach access and pools, gyms, hot tubs were great.

We are a family of 3 and came for a nice short weekend trip. The kids loved the amenities of the property! The indoor pool and outside pool was clean and perfect temperature! The condo was very clean and had all the basics you might need for your stay. Just the basics though, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap 1 trash bag. I would say that the condo can only sleep 2 people in the main room. It says it sleeps 4 but the pull out couch is not comfortable enough for anyone and its springs that hold it together have fallen off. I also contacted the owner of condo about the issue because we needed two separate beds and he never got back to me. For the money I wouldn’t book it again. We will be back to Orange Beach but unfortunately not at this property!
