BEAUTIFUL SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE WITH MAGNIFICENT VIEWS:
Be amazed by this beautiful house in the St. Feliu de Guíxols area, a village with a family-friendly atmosphere on the Costa Brava. The house has a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the spacious and comfortable living room, ideal for resting or playing. From the living room, there is direct access to a lovely terrace with sea views where you can enjoy your summer meals, sunbathe, or relax on the hanging chair while someone prepares a BBQ. This terrace has access to the garden and its communal pool for a refreshing swim and cooling off during the summer heat. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a beautiful sea view, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also another room with a smaller but double bed and sea views. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double and a single bed, and another room with a bunk bed with two single beds. Both rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. At the top, there is a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the town, where you can relax in the evening before going to bed. In addition to the careful decoration and sea views, there is a very good internet connection for those who need to work. Moreover, the private parking with space for 2 cars is an extra that is especially appreciated during the summer months.
The house is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to Sant Feliu de Guíxols and s’Agaró. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Punta del Molar, an incredible landscape that photography enthusiasts cannot miss, with beautiful corners and viewpoints that you can explore through the coastal path starting from the Badía de Sant Pol and ending at the port of Sant Feliu, passing over the Via Ferrata of Cala del Molí. From here, you can also reach Cala de l’Ametller, for those looking to stay away from the crowds, although it is essential to wear comfortable shoes due to the stony nature of the cove.
To reach te center of St. Feliu or s'Agaró, you can walk in about 10-15 minutes, although it's an uphill walk on the way back. By car, it would take about 2-3 minutes. There is also the option in July and August to take the tourist train that passes very close to the house, makiing a route from the badía de St. Pol to St. Elm, passing through the center of St. Feliu.
