About this apartment rental

Villa Clavero TWO 4PAX is an exclusive and new apartment that is part of the Villa Clavero residential complex, in the heart of El Limonar (Málaga capital). It is a private two-bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms, for up to 4 guests, completely new, with access to a private garden and exit to a communal swimming pool. Additionally, they have WiFi, free parking included.



The residential complex consists of only ten accommodations, so the tranquillity and quality of the stay are guaranteed, in the best area of Málaga, close to the beach and the city centre.



The apartment has all the details to enjoy a sensational stay. Fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor living room (garden), sea, garden and mountain views.



Villa Clavero was built around an Andalusian courtyard, approximately at the end of the 19th century. The entrance to the courtyard is through wrought iron doors and the modernist mosaic floors in the entrance hall and first floor are original.



Two avenues, El Paseo del Limonar and El Paseo de Miramar, have been in the heart of the best residential area of Málaga for 100 years. Hacienda Clavero is located on Ramos Carrión Street, which turns from Miramar to Santa Paula. There are wonderful views of the hills, the city and the Mediterranean. The city centre is 5 kms from the house and 3 minutes by car from the E15 motorway, Limonar exit. Málaga airport is 25 kms away, 15-20 minutes by car.



The property has approximately 4,000 m2 of plot distributed between the house and its communal exteriors. The house is surrounded by gardens with an abundance of tropical plants such as jasmines, heliotropes, honeysuckle.



The swimming pool is 15 metres long and is open all year round.



There are several details that make this dwelling unique; wrought iron main door pediment, stone fountain, modernist hydraulic floors, interior courtyard with exultant vegetation.



THE ENTRY TO THE ACCOMMODATION IS AUTONOMOUS AND THE CHECK-IN TIME IS FREE FROM 2:00 PM (14:00H).



THE DEPARTURE FROM THE ACCOMMODATION IS AT 10:00H (10 AM).

I stayed here with my family and we loved it! We didn‘t want to leave and can highly recommend to stay here. The location is great and the finca simply beautiful. Everything was clean and the interior very well selected. I have nothing to improve.

We stayed here as a family of 4. It was the most beautiful apartment with everything we needed and with finishing touches that made it really special. The apartment is one of (maybe) 8? Sharing a pool and garden with outside eating area. Everything was clean and well maintained, yet rustic charm combined with exquisite taste in decor was in abundance. There's an internal courtyard, and a pond with turtles, and views of the sea from the swimming pool. It's unheated, but crucially, open in April and so we swam every day. We bought oranges and squeezed them every morning for breakfast with the juicer provided. Just lovely. Would highly recommend the apartment and would certainly go back. It's within a leafy suburb, in a quite elevated position above the city, and on the edge of a nature reserve. We had a hire car but used it less than half of the week as we preferred walking down to the beach (about 0.5km) and into the city centre (about 3km). Lots of steps if you walk everywhere so probably not ideal for those with pushchairs and wheelchairs. A little bit of paradise -thank you! A coffee filter machine would be ideal (but the coffee press was good)
